Hey when I lived in the Brenthood over by Macy's and the provo river was in my front yard I noticed concrete stairs and stuff like that too...like there had been a flood and the erosion caused problemas.
I think I have seen that exact spot. Kind of down from Columbia Lane near Exchange Park?
